Visitors Experience and Satisfaction of Organic Rice Farm in Miaoli County of Taiwan

| Popis: | 99 The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between visitors’ experience and their satisfaction of Organic Rice Farm. Based on the method of questionnaire investigation, a total of 350 were issued to visitors visiting Organic Rice Farm. A total of 317 valid questionnaires were collected and the valid response rate was 90.6%. The statistical analysis such as descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sampling t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regress analysis were conducted to test each research question. The results are as follows: 1.In this research, objective visitors were mostly female; visitors’ age group was mainly between 31 to 40 years old; the educational level was university or college; their occupations were mainly industry or commerce related; most part of the visitors were married with children; personal monthly income was mostly ranging from 40,001 to 60,000 NTD. 2.From the dimension of visitors’ experiences, visitors scored items from highest to lowest in the following orders: “feel experience”, “think experience”, “sense experience”, “relate experience”, and “act experience”. In addition, visitors’ satisfac-tion was high in general. 3.Different gender, age group, educational level, vocation, marital status, personal monthly income showed significant differences on visitors satisfaction. 4.Different gender, personal monthly income also showed considerable differences concerning visitors’ satisfaction. 5.There was significant correlation between visitors’ experience and satisfaction. 6.Visitors experience had a significantly positive prediction for satisfaction. 7.Visitors experience showed significant positive influence to satisfaction by the interference in different gender, age group, educational level, vocation, marital status, personal monthly income. Finally, based upon the results of this research, we propose some concrete suggestions to Yuan-li organic rice farm as well as the reference of future research. |
