| Popis: | 99 The purpose of this study is to explore the relation among parents involvement perception, parent-teacher relationship quality and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Changhua County. The study aims to clarify the causal relationships of the three variables, and furthermore to explore if parent-teacher relationship quality has a significant mediating effect on parents involvement perception and job satisfaction. The objects of this study are the elementary school teachers in Changhua County and the questionnaire is the main tool for this study. The questionnaires were filled out and 497 valid copies were studied. Data from the valid questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS 12.0 and through several techniques such as descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson of correlation, and regression analysis. The main results and findings are as follows: 1. Parents involvement perception has significantly positive influences on parent-teacher relationship quality. 2 .Parent-teacher relationship quality has significantly positive influences on job satisfaction. 3. Parents involvement perception has significantly positive influences on job satisfaction. 4. Parent-teacher relationship quality has a significant mediating effect on parents involvement perception and job satisfaction. |
