This study discusses the influence of teaching service quality and parent-teacher communication on learning self-efficacy. The three main purposes of this study are to understand teaching service quality on learning self-efficacy, parent-teacher communi-cation on learning self-efficacy, and the relationship between teaching service quality and parent-teacher communication. The target samples were senior students of the Tung Bao elementary school in Taichung Country. A total of 404 questionaires were sent and a total of 400 questio-naires were valid. With the use of SPSS statistic software, descriptive analysis, correla-tion analysis, and regression analysis were carried out to verify the hypothetical as-sumptions put forward on this study. This study found that: 1.Teaching service quality has positive significant effect on learning self-efficacy. However, in this dimension of teaching service, teaching methods do not reach the significant level. 2.Parent-teacher communication has positive significant effect on learning self-efficacy. But, in this dimension of parent-teacher communication, attitude variation, context variation, and time variation do not reach the significant level. 3.There is a significant positive relationship between teaching service quality and par-ent-teacher communication.
