The purpose of this study was to carry out machine arm robot for object moving system by means of fuzzy logic. The controller uses PLC as the core in order to control machine arm’s moving action and infrared sensors’ object selection. It also combines with man-machine interface to operate object moving track planning and positioning system. The design can precisely reach the moving position and move the object. The robot arm makes moving options according to different object’s color. It is controlled with programmable systems and sensors. The design actually improves the small amounts and multiple objects’ moving action of the robot arm. It also promotes the robot arm’s efficiency.
