Popis: | 99 This study was designed to coordinate the perception of teachers for the leadership style of the elementary school principal in the case of the empirical evaluation findings. It cited the quantitative empirical researches that were aimed at the perception of teachers for the leadership style of the elementary school principal as domestic elementary school by the end of January 2011. After analyzed the data, it resulted the assumption list. Subsequently, proceeded to analyze the documents and recorded the characteristics of the study. The research targets separately discussing whether the respective the school principals leadership style significantly different and the school principal as the elementary school regarding in different background, and further to make a comparison among them bases on the results. This study collected all of the documents through the systems of National Library of Theses retrieval and the Chinese Periodicals index of National Central library. The total amount of documents which conformed to this study were 26 ones. This study used Hedges and Olkin meta-analysis, then used computer software Comprehensive Meta-analysis 2.0 for meta-analysis proceeding. This research had concluded the following: First, meta-analysis found that the kind of the leadership style of the elementary school principal in different studies were evident. Second, meta-analysis found that the different background of teachers in the perception for the leadership style of the elementary school principal were significantly different. Third, compared the traditional counting statistics to the use of meta-analysis integrating studies of the various research results for the significant test results was different. Obviously, the traditional counting method easy to integrate the findings of the interpretation of bias generated, meta-analysis is more precise method. Based on the results and conclusions of this study, the researcher proposes the elementary school principals, the elementary school teachers,furture researchers and educational administration organizations. |
