Design Bandpass Filter on FR4/ RO4003C substrate using Ring Resonator

In RF communication systems, signal quality is a very critical factor. Filter elements is an important role in wireless communication application. However, the resonant frequency and coupling structure is the first part to design the bandpass filter. The next have to overcome is the impedance matching, filter size and loss. miniaturized resonator is inevitable for compact filter. The thesis uses two ring oscillator to design bandpass filters. The microstrip-line of ring filter is used exposure method transfer the pattern to substrate. The advantage is of our filter is small size, lightness, circuit integration, simple process and low cost. The ring filter can be achieved narrowband and broadband using coupling effect. FR4 substrate and RO4003C, two kinds of substrate is used to compare the coupling effect of the ring filter for good performance. It is widely used in microwave circuits.
