Research of the digital learning motivation and the effect of the medical staff

| Popis: | 98 Due to the development of the Internet technology, the learning method of the human beings has also changed. The related study to the digital learning in Taiwan has become a majority instead of the medical education one. Take one of the metropolitan teaching hospitals in Chia-yi County for example, they obtained the first-rated honor from the Department of the Health Executive Yuan in the year of 2007. This hospital has applied the digital learning for years, but there''s no standard of the satisfaction estimation. The satisfaction questionnaire was to study the staff''s learning style, motivation and the satisfaction as the foundation to the related department system development. The study found that most of the medical staff have the working-oriented motivation which matches the object of the working retraining. Moreover, the digital study class also matches the need of every other kinds of occupation but the inter-personal oriented. In the learning satisfaction questionnaire, the study environment was the highest of all, and the inter-personal oriented lowest instead. Therefore, the learning motivation could predict the satisfaction effectively, and the inter-personal learning motivation is higher than the working oriented and the learning oriented, which means that the staff has higher motivation because of the working and learning oriented. On the other hand, the inter-personal oriented is the lowest for the both aspect which leads to an conclusion that the motivation of the inter-personal oriented needs promotion to enhance the learning satisfaction. |
