Second, the extension of digital perception is delaminated by ages. Young people are the easiest population that accepts digital learning, and then is the old population of evergreen learning, finally is the middle ages of challenging learning. Third, the Dapi Community not only uses digital divide to improve digital gap, but integrates the volunteers and the members of DOC, turning the cultural resources into tourism, promoting the industry cultures, and making the community united. The results of this study can provide the rural areas, which the environment is similar to Dapi community, the application of digital divide.
