| Popis: | 98 Previous literatures regarding the connection between academic capacity and technology transfer performance of universities were absent, especially for the impact of publication capacity on the technology transfer performance. This research fills this lacuna by means of executing an empirical study of U.S. Research One universities. I take publication capacity and faculty capacity to represent academic capacity of universities and explore their impacts on the technology transfer performance. Base on the results, I find academic capacity indeed impact technology transfer performance. As concerning different groups (i.e. the whole universities, universities with medical school and without medical school), I get different results. These conclusions can offer further insights or suggestions for current educational policy and evaluating system. |
