Popis: | 98 This study was intended to develop, design and evaluate a creative, personalized, mobile and pervasive health care model integrating the personal health record (PHR) and service systems, taking the Mother-and-Baby-Care as example. The systems were developed based on analyzing the Baby’s Health Handbook, phone consulation service, and healthcare knowledge. The systems were built using the Palm-based smartphone with a modifided version of 3+1 Grid Hierarchical Small Screen Interface Design Principles, and coded by NSBasic 6.0. Data in smartphone were transmitted to the Excel-based server through the GPRS in TCP/IP protocol for data management and report generation. The systems prototype was evaluated in a medical center using a survey with questionnaire designed based on the Technology Acceptance Model for Mobile Service. The evaluation results, from 32 subjects, indicate an overall satisfying perception with an average of 3.96 (SD=0.57), out of 5. The perceived best category was Easy-to-Learn (4.21 ± 0.5), followed by Easy-to-Use (4.04 ± 0.46), Usefulness (3.98 ± 0.53), Acceptance (3.94 ± 0.68), Satisfaction (3.81 ± 0.55), and Trust (3.77 ± 0.70). In general, the subjects showed a very positive attitude the iBaby systems and service model in this study. They perceived the model with high potential, meeting their expectations and needs. |
