Popis: | 98 Recently, the trend of the automobile market moves towards individualization, which the characteristic is less-quantity and multiple types. The strategy of production in the automobile market also has gradually changed from “make to stock” to “make to order”. Under the situation, the evaluation of customer satisfaction comes from if the products can be shipped on time as the request of purchase orders. And the planning of production plays an important role to meet the shipped date when an order is placed by the customer. However, it is usually restricted by limited resource in the production, which includes the limitation of time and of the equipments. The limitation makes it more difficult to arrange the production plan in the assembly plant because the production won’t start until all parts have been prepared on the line. To control each part to be ready at the same time seems apparently important. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to establish a model regarding production planning which is able to enforce the weakness of MRP and ERP in the production. All publicly-traded companies must follow “Statements of Financial Accounting Standards No.10” as a principle to compute the cost of inventories since year 2009. One significant revision in the statement points out the subsequent inventory valuation which inventories shall be measured at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Therefore, in the established model of the study, the factor of inventory is also involved, except for just accounting the delaying days of shipped date. And by some skills or methods, we hope it would be helpful to promote the efficiency of management. Based on the studying of existence archives, and the production environmental characteristic of T company which is the subject case in the thesis, and combining several concepts or practical experience of production planning, a model of production planning is established, which is suitable for the industry of automobile lamps. The model uses the Theory of Constraints, abbreviated to “TOC”, to find out the Bottlenecks in the production system and the production steps are developed by the Bottlenecks consequently. In the model, the Dispatching Rule decides the order of work and the limitation of output is set by the method of inlay to decrease the complexity of production planning. And it uses the principle of Finite Capacity Material Requirement Planning, abbreviated to “FCMRP”, to adjust the level of inventory in the end. Generally speaking, the model of Down-top production has the better performance in inventory; the model of Top-down production has the better performance in the shipment. However, the subject model in the thesis, through the practical simulation, shows it has the best performance no matter considering of the inventory or the shipment in the production. In the study, it is suggested that we must learn what the constraints of the system are and have a further discussion for the constraints with suppliers before we computerize the production planning system. In this way, it would have higher opportunity to succeed in introducing the relative system, such as APS, into the organization. |
