Popis: | 98 The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of human resource development strategy, organizational learning, and human capital. With the change of global economy, knowledge economy becomes an overwhelming trend. There are more and more concerns on the personnel’s education training in an enterprise. Technical ability and creativity are especially emphasized. Enterprises hope to use knowledge with high value added as the new and sharp weapon in the future competition. To cultivate diverse abilities, enterprises must rely on inner human resource system to foster human capital with high quality effectively and create competitive advantages. The study selected human resource employees of various industries in Tainan area as subjects. There were 160 effective questionnaires returned among 300 questionnaires distributed. The data were analyzed by a variety of statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis. The results have confirmed that human resource development strategy has a positive impact on organizational learning. Organizational learning has a positive impact on human capital. Human resource development strategy has a positive impact on human capital. Organizational learning has a mediation effect on the relationship between human resource development strategy and human capital. |
