Popis: | 98 The purpose of the study was to investigate the individual traditionality-modernity psychological and the organizational commitment and workplace relationship quality to explore of mediating results. In this study, the object were service of employees, use 「Individual Traditionality Scale」, 「Individual Modernity Scale」, 「Workplace Relationship Quality Scale」and 「Organizational Commitment Scale」as a research tool, Overall, a total of 200 questionnaires issued, and 183 questionnaires were recovered. To be more precise, 176 questionnaires were available in use. The effective recovery rate is 88 percent, the result of the study analyzed by SPSS with a view to understanding the current status in service industry of employees to further individual traditional - modern psychological, workplace relationship quality and organizational commitment related research to be discussed. The results of the analysis are listed as follows: 1.The individual employees of traditional psychological and the workplace relationship quality have a significant positive correlation; 2.The individual employees of traditional psychological and the organizational commitment have a significant positive correlation; 3.Employees of workplace relationship quality and the organizational commitment have a significant positive correlation; 4.It is have mediating effect in workplace relationship quality between the Individual traditionality-modernity psychological and organizational commitment. |
