A Study on the Specimen-arts to Development of Cultural Creative Product and Design Evaluation

Under the global culture consciousness, the cultural creativity's connotation promoted product's image, the consumers no longer focus on the product function. They pay attention to it has the cultural property and the distinctive quality which the product itself could bring. The purpose of the research was to explore how to make the Specimen-arts which have the characteristics of humility, art, education, exhibition, collection, and research to have the competitive and unique property through commercialized products. By the way of Specimen-arts become commercialization, the consumers changed their own stiff impression of the Specimen-arts. Hence, the Specimen-arts which have the preservable and ecological characteristics would attract publics. Because the Specimen-arts culture product is quite deficient in the related academic literature and the creation research, the researcher first use the Fuzzy Delphi Method to extract leaves Specimen-arts culture product criteria of customer demand and design demand. The researcher also used the factor analysis to construct the frame of the customer demand and the design demand. Meanwhile, calculates various criteria of the customers demand and sorting with the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then, use the Quality Function Deployment to assemble the characteristics of the customer demand and the design demand effectively in order to find the question of the product improvement fast. In addition, to integrate the conformity of the Kano Two-dimension Quality Model and the Importance-Performance Analysis in the essential of customer demand attribute gaining “the charm metric attribute” and “first improves the metric attribute” simultaneously. Then, it takes the case design as a reference to reduce the possible risk when people develop the product design. However, in the stage of case design, the cultural product was designed by the correlation theories and the humorous design technique, then, constructs “the Specimen-arts culture creativity product design development pattern”. It transformed the creativity product the Specimen-arts to integrate the cultural creativity product design cycle. Finally, it aims at this research institute to propose that the case design carries on comments to apply Multiple Criteria Decision-Making to analyze ELECTRE and TOPSIS to appraise and confirm the plan which the consumer takes seriously. The findings showed: (1) Specimen-arts to development of cultural creative product and design evaluation is in turn “the economic development”, “continues forever the culture”, “the product concept”, “the use demand” and “the ecology environmental protection”; But the first five criteria are in turn “have the originality”, “the cultural product value feeling”, “the reasonable price”, “to satisfy the market demand” and “the article create the brand in the place”; In the plan evaluation, “the manufacture” is the most important plan. (2) To explore the impacts of the customers classified “the priority improving quantity” on Specimen-arts quantity and a key quantity. Those four orders of the improving key-property were “promoting the richness of experience”, “full of fun”, “have the sense of creative design”, and “satisfy with the marking demands”. (3) In the stage of case design, use the key-property as the aim of design to turn the Specimen-arts into the abstract ones. Then, apply the humorous method of the design in turning the abstract factor into creative design. Finally, establish a design procedure of humorous product thinking on cultural creative product. Apply the supplies as the case designing in creating. Totally, there were three genes including fifteen creative commodities design. (4) For the case design evaluation, the ELECTRE method was used to estimate and calculated the partial order according to the final nuclear solved projects. In order to gain the further excellent or bad order of the projects, it also combine TOPSIS method to get the result which was closed to the positive ideal answer and was far away from the negative ideal answer by the related similarity of positive and negative ideal answers. According to the result, the first three in turn were case A, case E and case C. Above all, this research had the Specimen-arts culture background and was based on the Specimen-arts to development of cultural creative product design. It set up the mode of developing the creative design supplies of the cultural Specimen-arts product. It also provides the designers who in the developing stage, made the Specimen-arts become creative product through the inner culture and the promotion of humorous creation. Following up is to attract publics’ curiosity and sympathy, hence to enhance the charm and value of cultural product. It also provided as a reference of creative and cultural product design.
