| Popis: | 98 Shih Hsin University has been through system changes and transforms many times, it was transformed to be a institute earlier, and been upgraded as university afterward. Not only equipments and facilities should be upgraded accordingly, furthermore, due to the E influence by government and private firms that further droved to be E-campus. Because of the web information and communication technology growing rapidly that also droved campus to be computerized and informational to simplify the administration procedure and increase the efficiency of service to teachers, employees, and students. Even under the limitation of manpower availability in Information Center expanding infinitely, to fulfill the working demand, complex system, and related application, the fastest method was outsourcing to adjust manpower flexibly. The appropriate evaluation of vendor outsourcing will compress manpower and save the budget and real cost, also improve the integration of resource applying, speed up information computerized and web-based to increase the efficiency of administration operation and tuition quality. In the last analysis of Shih Hsin University current outsourcing situation, it was generalized as system integration, and consultant the two factors to construct the vendor outsourcing evaluation models for information system. This research is first consulting with specialist, select evaluation principle, then use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to build up the construction of election principle and weight. While election, to calculate and sort scoring in order to have best outsourced vendor for information system. |
