Construction of an Improved Genetic Algorithm Applied to the Separation System of Skin Auto-Fluorescence Spectra

Popis: | 98 In this thesis, we present an improved genetic algorithm for resolution of overlapping spectra. The crossover and mutation rate, adjustment of tournament selection and crossover strategy are selected as crucial factors. These parameters are improved for better performance, such as stable search, convergence speed, and intervention of human factors intervention. Although skin auto-fluorescence has been provided useful biological information, the overlapping spectrum is difficult to distinguish the components of variation. Therefore, we have tested overlapping spectral by simulation to verify the feasibility of our algorithm. In addition, the skin auto-fluorescence spectra were obtained from the normal human skin for further application. An optical Y-type fiber was used to conduct excitation light from the 337nm nitrogen laser (VSL-337ND-S, LSI) to the skin, and simultaneously to collect the emission signal from the skin to the spectrometer (SP-150, Princeton Instrument). The spectra were displayed in the wavelength range from 400 nm to 600 nm. This proposed method can accurately separate two endogenous fluorophores: nicotinamide adenine dinucleotid and flavin adenine dinucleotide . |
