| Popis: | 98 The information integration of construction project is not an easy task owing to the following features: clear-cut vertical segregation, complex horizontal supply chain, and high execution variability. In addition, conventional way to plan and manage the cost and progress of construction project results in the distorted connection of pay items and construction items, which leads to the gap between cost and progress control in construction life cycle and unbalanced information between proprietor and contractor. Consequently, the baseline of performance control cannot be effectively set, the construction state cannot be clearly monitored, and no unified standard can be followed when a dispute happened. The root cause of the above issues is the incoherence of information basis in a construction project. This study proposed to use the budget sheets as the kernel of the information integration of construction project. The compiling logic of the framework and hierarchy of budget sheets was adopted to improve the information integration and scheme management of a construction project, thereby coordinating the basis of cost and progress information and ameliorating traditional computerized problems of project data. Recommendations are made for future research on information integration modeling for Building Information Modeling. |
