Class management is more important than resource management. 4. Teaching evaluation is slightly more important than curriculum evaluation. 5. Adopting appropriate teaching material is more important than writing and designing teaching plans. 6. Making and designing teaching aids is the least important part in teaching skills. 7. Improving teaching is the most important part in learning assessment. 8. Adopting teaching resources effectively is the most important part in resource management. 9. Improving teaching is the most important part in teaching evaluation.
