| Popis: | 98 School has to do mangerment and marketing besides education and relationship marketing is also an important part among them. This research comes from the perspectives of parents, examine the relationship of communication styles, relation bonds, relationship quality and lotalty among parents, teachers and school in order to build a relationship model. The parents who have elementary school children are selected to be the research scope and apply stratified sampling to do the research. The total effective questionnaires are 417 and apply structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyse the paths of the potential variables. The findings of this research are the followings: 1. Teacher communication styles have positive effect on relation bonds, relastion bonds have positive effect on relationship quality. Comparing with the path beteen social bonds and relationship quality, a stronger, positive link exists between sturctual bonds and relationship quality. 2. Parents relationship quality with teachers has positively affect relationship quality with school. 3. Parents relationship quality with both teachers and school positively affect both loyalty. On the basis of the research results, the concrete and strategic suggestions and references of school management are offered for related industry. |
