Consumption Loyalty of College Students on Hakka Dining： A case Study in the Hou-Dui Region

| Popis: | 98 Hou Dui is an important cultural and educational hub for the Liu Dui Hakkanese region. It has the rich Hakkas culture resources and local education curriculums of Hakkas in two universities, and institutes in the Hakkas diet promotion. It should be possible to have the very good prospect. This research's main purpose is to understand in this area, the students of the colleges to the Hakkas diet expense manner and the consumers behaviors, and discusses the college students’s Hakkas diet expense loyalty performance process and the way of doing things from the consumer socialization's viewpoint, which factor influence this process will receive in the expense and how will their Hakkas diet expense loyalty etc.By building a research framework through gathering pertinent information on the Hakkanese dining culture and literature on consumer socialization, together with a questionnaire compiled and distributed, the questionnaires are recalled and analyzed to derive the finding that the consumption loyalty of the Hakkanese dining among college students is influenced by peers, parents and the media in the consumer socialization process. The study found that a higher level of consumption loyalty on the Hakkanese dining had been found with college students with both parents Hakkanese, and that the college students tended to acquire their Hakkanese dining consumption habit through interacting with their parents. While a majority of the college students had also learned of relevant Hakkanese dining consumption knowledge through media interaction. At the end of the study, I want to offer the avail advices and assistance for the government, the foodservice operators, the communities and school to create and promote the Hakka culture and Hakkanese dietary culture, and it can be do for people to get some references and assistance. I hope the loyal supporters of the Hakka culture and college students, they can create the Hakka cultutre in the best and have the greatest results. |
