Popis:	98 Under the trend of globalization in business management, the risk of the board facing lawsuit is increasing. Corporation can diversify financial and law risk of its board through D&O insurance. Corporate governance is one of the important factors in the process audit the D&O insurance. This study is mainly focused on establishing index of corporate governance and the relationship between corporate governance and D&O insurance. The empirical results find: 1. A positive relationship exists between the corporate governance comprehensive index and D&O insurance. 2. A positive relationship exists between the board structure, the management type structure, the information transparency structure, and the D&O insurance. 3. A negative relationship exists between related party transaction, the share structure, and the D&O insurance.
