| Popis: | 98 Traditionally, only men had the face of the workplace on work load, but large changes in the environment, along with women’s employment, forcing them to share the traditionally female domestic work, work and family conflict in this way between the start of the Vocational heavy military duty, long working hours, job stress large, and even the frequency of their vacation home is not fixed, which are affecting their quality of interaction with family members, which may affect the quality of their work. Therefore, male professional soldier for the study of factors related to the role of fatherhood is really deep need for additional research. This study explored the professional soldiers of the family supportive supervisor behaviors, coparenting, paternal efficacy and the degree of father's involvement with the situation and to further explore the correlation. |
