The purpose of this study was to understand the work pressure, work life quality and the relevance of psychological capital, and to explore the psychological capital in the work stress and quality of life, whether in relations with intermediary results.In this study, the military volunteer military service personnel of the sample, using a questionnaire survey of 600 questionnaires were issued, effective recovery of 427 copies, through the hierarchical regression analysis model to implement the inspection, Study found that work stress and quality of life have a significant negative influence, the quality of life and psychological capital has significant positive effects, but the psychological stress of work and working capital, the quality of life with a part of the mediation effect. |
