The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of concentration of 6-benzyladenine (BA) and sucrose on floral development of Phalaenopsis, in vitro. The present study showed that the flower stalk formation were induced 100% within 90 days obtained on modified Vacin and Went medium containing 10 mg/L BA and 25 g/L sucrose, and 80% of the flower bud formation in culture was 122 days on modified Vacin and Went medium supplemented with 15 mg/L BA and no sucrose of Dtps. I-Hsin Pixie Reds ‘KHM 1587’. For Phal. (Be Tris x Brother Little Amaglad) ‘KHM 487’ showed that after cultured for 99 days the flower stalk formed 50%, and the flower bud formed 30% at 128 days were induced on modified Vacin and Went medium containing 15 mg/L BA and 25 g/L sucrose. Both cultivars did not flowering in vitro. Therefore, the in vitro flowering performance need to be observed further and these results could be applied in the miniature Phalaenopsis for commercial production. This study aimed to explore effects of the fertilizer concentration and fertigation periods on growth and flowering of Phalaenopsis hybrids. The experiment used Peters 20N-20P2O5-20K2O 0.75 g/L and Peters 10N-30P2O5-20K2O 0.25, 0.50 and 1.0 g/L as fertilizer, reverse osmosis water for irrigation, and sphagnum moss as planting media. After 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, plants were moved to the air-conditioning greenhouse for forcing. In this study, showed that under 0.75 g/L (20N-20P2O5-20K2O) treatment, the leaf span, leaf length, leaf width, fresh and dry weight of shoot, fresh and dry weight of root, and vital and brown root number of both Phalaenopsis hybrid cultivars expressed the greatest vegetative growth of phalaenopsis was increased by the days after fertigation. In the other word, it was increased on fertilizer which had N concentration more than 0.25, 0.50 and 1.00 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O). The result revealed that on reproductive growth showed 100% of the flower stalk formation about 28 to 35 days after fertigated with 0.25 and 0.50 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O) for 60 days and after fertigated with 0.50 and 1.00 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O) for 90 days, and the greatest of the flowering performance showed the flower bud formed after 86 days, the first flower were bloomed after 123.9 days and had longest longevity for 40.9 days observed on 0.25 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O) after fertigated for 90 days of Dtps. Sogo Vivien. For Phal. Brother Spring Dancer ‘KHM 190’ presented that the flower stalk formation was emerged 90% within 45.6 days observed on 0.25 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O) after fertigated for 90 days, the flowering performance showed the flower bud formed after 93.3 days, the first flower bloomed after 136 days and had longevity for 36 days on 0.50 g/L (10N-30P2O5-20K2O) after fertigated for 90 days.
