Consignment service has been a significant option for the suppliers who manage the goods with small and medium sizes in recent years, and post offices also actively open up the consignment businesses. The aim of this study is to explore why consigners will choose post offices as their consignment channels, and these critical factors can be the references for the managers of post offices on the consignment service. This study employs Delphi technique to collect the opinions of experts to map out the strategies of consignment service in order to effectively induce the critical factors. There are eight firms, including consigners and potential vendors, we have researched in this study. The major conclusions in this study as follows: 1. The environmental factors of channel selections: 〝business cycle〞is the first important, and 〝development of Internet technology〞is the secondary. 2. The external factors of channel selections: the major one is 〝 market scale〞and the minor one is〝preference of target customer〞. 3.The internal factors of channel selections: the major one is〝product features〞and the minor one is〝marketing goal〞. 4.The factors of channel consigners’ features: the major one is 〝good brand reliability〞and the minor one is〝reasonable channel service charge〞.
