The study aims at investigating the comparative effects of different exercise types last four weeks trained towards high school students on body composition and physical fitness. Fifty-four second grade high school students participates the entire study. The research design was experimental by mixed designed. The subjects were sort by the percentage of body fat and assigned to three groups by distribution of S type. They were group A (jogging trained) consisted eighteen participants, group B (Karate trained) consisted eighteen participants and group C (control group) consisted eighteen participants. Experimental groups (group A and group B) were trained last four weeks. Before the experiment, each group was tested body composition with InBody 3.0 and physical fitness such as sitting forward bending (for flexibility tests), standing long jump(for muscular strength), sit-ups(for muscular endurance) and 1000m run(for heart and lung endurance).
