With the global market competition and changes in information technology, R&D team has become the key point of winning market share. The difference between now and past, an enterprise has known on the team. R&D management gradually become into multi-technology and professional project management. In today, R&D management become more and more difficult, The research field focused on the professional technique in the past; less combined the R&D and management into one part. The R&D group should cultivate the core skill, innovation capability, and improvement ability which is the most needed. In order to research the performance of R&D team, should be based on the different aspects; probing into the concept of Accountability related the performance of team. This research applies the questionnaire; the surveyed 120 R&D employees of High-tech enterprises are the research objective. The aspects of Accountability concept and professional expertise added into the affects the performance. The results show that, (1) the aspects of Accountability concept and professional expertise effect the team’s performance is positive. (2) The Accountability concept effects the team’s performance is positive. (3) the team’s expertise and Accountability concept have more positive relationship with the team’s performance. This research hopes the result be provided as a reference by the R&D management and practice for manager and innovation industry.
