Popis: | 98 This study used CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) as experimental substrate, and applied drilling processes for CCL. To prevent the drilling process instability from affecting the experimental results, processes stability was tested before the experiment. To achieve optimum drilling quality, the setting of suitable processing parameter combination is crucial in manufacturing technology. Therefore, this paper employs relevant theory of statistical techniques to discuss the influence of individual process parameters of drilling experiment and the forecast of optimum process parameters. It utilized the Response Surface Methodology (RSM), selected the rotating speed of drill and feed as process factors, and discussed the relationship between diameter, roundness and burr height of drill hole and process factors. RSM verified the factors of output quality characteristics by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The response surface equation was deduced by Regression Analysis, and the optimum process parameter combination and result were forecasted through expectation function. |
