| Popis: | 99 With the rapid development of global industrial informatization, electronic and information products have made people’s life more efficient and convenient. In this information era, with computers becoming more and more popular, computers have become an indispensable and universal tool. In terms of electronic documents, image output and photocopying, devices such as photocopiers and printers are viewed as important printing devices. Photocopiers refer to machines that reproduce the same documents as the transcript of original hand-written, printed or painted documents. They differentiate from regular printing machine in the absence of printing plates with modern features of quick document copying, saving people much time for transcription, copying and marking. The contributions of photocopiers cannot be ignored in the development of human civilization. In view of this, the paper makes in-depth discussion and research of crush technology against photocopier consumables and accessories-toners. The study analyses and tests photocopier toners with model number ir-5000 available in the market, from composition analysis, particle size analysis, sparse density testing, pressing density testing, rheology testing, friction charge testing, standardization of printing test, confirmation of manufacturing requirement, to finally design and manufacture the toner refill with print values up to standard and acceptable to users. |
