Popis: | 98 Our national armed forces system is being developed into “voluntarism”. At this critical moment, whether the operation of Recruiting Center is proper makes a big difference. Therefore, this study is aimed to examine if strategies and performances of the Recruiting Center can meet volunteer soldiers’ needs of relevant information and satisfaction. Based on “Uses and gratifications theory”, “information seeking theory”, and necessary documents, this study attempts to build up an analytic framework for research. The purposive stratified random sampling is chosen among volunteers on active to evaluate their attitude and feedback. Final results from statistic analysis, become constructive reference for recruitment plans. There are five findings in this study. First, populace variable is remarkably related to recruitment information contact behavior. Second, recruitment information contact motive is related to information satisifaction. Third, recruitment information contact motive is positively related to information contact behavior. Fourth, recruitment information contact behavior is positively related to information satisifaction. Finally, recruitment information contact behavior can predict information satisifaction. |
