The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of Organizational Climate and Knowledge Management on Teachers’ Professional Growth in Taiwan’s elementary school. The samples were draw from the teachers in Taichung County’s pubic elementary school. By using ”The influence of Organizational Climate and Knowledge Management on Teachers’ Professional Growth in Taiwan’s elementary school questionnaire ”as a research tool and selecting stratified proportional random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey. The study has come up with the following results: (1) Teachers have a higher degree of recognition on principal’s supportive behavior, teacher’s collegial behavior and teacher’s intimate behavior. However, teachers have a lower degree of recognition on principal’s directive behavior, principal’s restrictive behavior and teacher’s disengaged behavior. (2) Knowledge Management for teachers is the medium to high degree of recognition. (3) Teachers’ Professional Growth for teachers is high degree of recognition. (4) Knowledge Management achieve a significant impact on Teachers’ Professional Growth. (5) In addition to principal’s directive behavior does not have influence with Knowledge Management, the other five dimensions of Organizational Climate on Knowledge Management are influential. (6) In addition to principal’s directive behavior does not have influence with Teachers’ Professional Growth, the other five dimensions of Organizational Climate on Teachers’ Professional Growth are influential. (7) In the principal’s directive behavior, teacher’s intimate behavior, and Teachers’ professional growth, Knowledge Management do not have mediator effect. However, in the other four dimensions of Organizational Climate and Teachers’ Professional Growth, Knowledge Management has the significant mediator effect. Finally, based on the results of the study, appropriative suggestions for education administrative institutions, elementary school administrators and teachers were proposed.
