Popis: | 98 The main research of this thesis is the fabrication of microfasteners which is applied to micro components by using micro injection molding. In the beginning, this thesis proposed a design of external dimension for microfasteners. Then, the effects of microfasteners in different tensile force were discussed by utilizing the static state analysis of ANSYS. In the simulation, the Moldex3D was used to obtain the parameters of fabrication. Meanwhile, the optimal warpage quality parameters were got by Taguchi Method. In the micro injection experiment, Taguchi Method was utilized to get the optimal design respectively due to the mold in two different parts. The interaction effects of process parameters will be discussed in the micro injection molding process. For the fabrication, this thesis used the LIGA-Like process and thick photoresist to fabricate the microfasteners. And then, the electroform method was used to implement the fabrication. Finally, the two microfasteners was fabricated. And the experiment results of tensile test were found to be 1.7kgf (16.66N). |
