Popis: | 98 Taiwan sugar corporation has more than 50000 hectares land resources located throughout Taiwan, most of which is situated in urban areas.In coordination with government policy,the company make the transition to diversified business management and stop planting sugarcane which causes a vast amount of idle land available. To improve the execution efficiency, utilizing land resource is necessary for the company.Therefore, in recent years the company is actively engaged in land tenancy to explore more financial imcome and to increase operating revenue. After each sugar refinery of the company is transformed to eight operation branches, the vast rental affair entails computerized management. With the aid of computer technology, original manual operation is changed to Internet-based and computerized operation, thereby cleansing out the Augean stables of mangement, increasing intergation of computer system, and offering more information content. Hence, the research is focusing on developing land tenant system using Model-View-Controller (MVC) software architecture. The theme of the research is to utilize the following three technologies: MVC design pattern, C# developing platform, and MS SQL server databse, to build a well-structured and flexibile website for ease of maintenance. The goal of designing the website is to let users retrieve all the system resources through Single Sign On. From application solutions to the architecture of software and hardware, fundamental website establishment to complicated integrated eCommerce application, newest technology information and program software is provided to various developers. Therefore, developers can proceed more rapidly with developing and maintaining e-business system and the land resource management of Taiwan sugar corporation can also rapidly and prosperly develops |
