Popis: | 98 Taiwan is the strategic production center for the global consumption product and has completely semiconductor supply chain, wafer generation of labor, assembly, testing which are gathering in Taiwan. This makes Taiwan’s IC design house is raising in the recent years based on an outstanding development environment for IC design industry. However, the competition is going strongly day after day between the related competitors. In order to survive at such rigorous environment, the enterprise must understand the industrial rules and the development trend to maintain the enterprise development competitive advantage. This research takes Porter’s value chain to discuss the operation and competitive advantage for the Taiwan IC design industry. On the other hand, take one of Taiwan design manufacturer - A Corporation as the case study, to discuss company's development process and the strategy position about how to affect company's in value activity choice, how to maintain the relationship with customers/suppliers and to study the difference between the case company and competitor B Corporation. Finally, to come out the business model for these two companies. The findings showed that it’s outstanding to affect the value-added activities and mutual cooperation model with customers/suppliers by different company's strategy position. Thus, to make a strategic decision will differentiate the business performance obviously. Finally, the study's conclusions and recommendations. |
