Using the management rating scale of the “Industrial Knowledge Management Promotion Plan” issued in 2007 by the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the researcher assessed the level of knowledge management maturity attained by the organization in the past four years. Using the three main dimensions of the same evaluation mechanism, cultural change, business process, and information technology, organization activities were assessed and further in-depth interviews were conducted to acquire the following conclusions: 1. Senior management and department heads support must also provide support to create a virtuous cycle with balanced projects and performance. 2. The business process dimension: the organization must set a clear strategy for knowledge management and carry out knowledge sharing of the incentive mechanisms by a select team responsible for promoting knowledge management project. 3. The information technology dimension: the platform for communication must be a friendly and easy-to-use interface; a single entry point must be used for the integrated platform; and regular maintenance updates and proper planning of information system authorities must be set up in order to avoid the obstacles to knowledge sharing.
