Popis: | 98 The Research of Non-Profit Organization Governance model- Based on the example of Youngsun Culture & Education Foundation Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the non-profit organization’s governance, function, and characteristics; moreover, to research its governance structure and operation by using the example of Yilan Youngsun Culture & Education Foundation to cooperate with the local government based on its governance structure. The following paper is going to discuss: 1. Youngsun Culture & Education Foundation in Yilan’s role and function, and as a base to explore 2. 2. The organization of Lifecycle governance patterns of individual research-oriented. 3. Such a governance structure for the organization in transition, which can affect wether or not to deal effectively with changing external environment. This qualitative study in depth interviews as the primary research methodologies, including interviews with the object of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and the main department heads. The study found that although the Board of Directors of the Organization is the highest decision-making unit, but most of the functionality has been set up under the authority of the department of business committee, the Secretariat, and the Foundation’s three business meetings consisting of the replacement. Then most of the times are the collective leadership and governance structures for sharing of governance. The advantage is that every resolution outputs have been fully discussed, content and execution must have equivalent quality; on the other hand, the disadvantage is that each of the resolutions must go through many meetings so that its efficiency seems a bit low. Lifecycle change as the organization grew older, affect the Board of Directors on the Organization’s leadership and work methods, then the Board of Directors of decentralization in the Organization of three parallel units, the Organization’s internal control and external links are the department of business committee of the main authority together with the Secretariat. Since then the members of political parties, even if the service object for the entire training, occupation, gender, age, and from the government; however, made subject, in the case of projects and funds raised have experienced great difficulties. As a result, in organizing life cycle has been forced to rapidly in conservative stage cause by its composition of the Youngsun internal members of the political parties. |
