Popis: | 98 The purpose of the research aimed to design and carry out a curriculum on improving prosocial behavior for elementary students. It not only helped observe the changing process of the prosocial behavior of elementary students, but also develop the teaching skills. The researcher used methods in action research to start this research; targeted toward fifth grade students of the school where the researcher has been working. Participants were 13 boys and 13 girls. The researcher used a qualitative and quantative to collect data, and the research results listed as below: First, the design and practice for the curriculum of improving prosocial behavior for elementary students: 1. There were different aspects related to prosocial behavior, thus the researcher used a way to help students adapt to this curriculum gradual. 2. The design of this curriculum was multi-functional in order to increase students’ learning interest. 3. Constantly guiding and value clarifying improved further introspection. 4. The Identification effect and principle of enhancement between peers also improved the achievement of prosocial behavior. 5. Good learning atmosphere improved learning effects. Second, the influence caused by the curriculum of improving prosocial behavior to students’ cognitive concept: 1. The behavior of sharing helped increase friendship and improved interpersonal relationship between students. 2. The students learned that it was not difficult to show their good intention actively, and the behavior of caring was also not a hard task. 3. Cooperating work led to better efficiency. 4. The effects of model learning helped develop the thought of succor in students’ mind. Third, the impact of research for the researcher: 1. It helped improve the researcher’s abilities of designing curriculums and electronization data teaching. 2. It helped the researcher cultivate penetrative observation and the ability of discovering problems. 3. It helped improve the communications between the researcher and her students. It also helped build up closer teach-student relationship. 4. The researcher exchanged her experience with her peers to help develop their specialty. |
