Popis: | 98 This study took the members of Taiwan Not-for-profit (NPO) Self-Regulation Alliance as samples to estimate the relationship between revenue characteristics, expense characteristics, supervision characteristics, organization characteristics and donations. The results indicate that the amount of donations is significantly influenced by all of these characteristics. In specific variables, business expense, office expense, and internet information disclosure levels (IDL) are significantly positively associated with donations, while business revenue, grant revenue, financial manipulation degree, set up years, and affiliated organization are significantly negatively associated with donations. It could be demonstrated by these data that with more resources apply to business expense and office expense, there would be more expenses utilize to fundraising programs and as a result, the donation income of organizations would also increase. On the other side, the increase of business revenue and grant revenue could reveal that organizations might be supported by other sources or might be doubted that they are away from their core value so that the donation income would decline consequently. Organizations with less information disclosure level and financial manipulation could obtain more donations accordingly. |
