Studying the fabrication of the CIS thin film solar cells and it's property

Popis: | 98 In this study, we used refluxing to compose the CuInSe2 (CIS) nano-particle and analyzed the characterizations of the electrical and the optical by annealing for the CIS layer. The annealing temperature will let the grain boundary become large. When compared the difference value of the Cu/In, the Cu content more the conductivity higher. Finally, We decided to fabricate the CIS solar cell by using the value of the Cu/In equal 1. The In(OH,S) layer was deposited by the Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) which transported the electron and the hole easier. And then Sputtering the AZO layer made the CIS solar cell, We measured the efficiency which equal 0.0002% by the oriel class A solar simulator. The project was used the low temperature, low cost, simple methods to fabricate the CIS solar cell and researched the optimized property. We hope to fabricate the low cost, high efficiency thin film solar cell. |
