The present study focused on evaluating the effectiveness of continuing professional education programs about the application of the Kirkpatrick model and the relationship. The aim of this study was to investigate trainee satisfaction about the learning effectiveness (level 2: learning) and transfer of learning (level 3: behavior). In order to achieve the study purposes, this study utilized structured questionnaire. More than three years engaged in medical work and in professional continuing education for two years the eight nurses who study by interviewing to obtain information on the case. The results are summarized as follows: 1. After participating in professional continuing education programs, they do not improve about the implementation of the skills. 2. After participating in professional continuing education programs, they Enhance the sensitivity of disease incidence, health education for patients and their families ability to improve. 3. After participating in professional continuing education programs, they promote co-operation with other professional. 4. After participating in professional continuing education programs can Help to stabilize the status of current work. 5. Work knowledge and attitude change in the nature of the courses differ. 6. After participating in professional continuing education programs, they attribution of responsibility to the medical accident management and prevention. 7. Recommendations of continuing professional education for nurses program: (1) To open courses about current issues related to enhance nursing staff willingness to participate. (2) The establishment of systematic nursing education programs, to enhance the professional quality workers. (3) Nursing education program of three different sub-channels: primary, advanced courses and clinical application.
