In recent years, energy-saving and environmental-protection have won global attentions. While issues of dealing with energetic and environmental policies, as well as providing clean energy, reducing carbon emission, even the arise of the Green Industry are the trends globally. In Taiwan, the consumption of electricity in lighting takes large proportion in that of all the others. To relieve the pressure of the energy crisis, and also reduce thecarbon emissions, firstly, establishment of lighting selections in the customers’ minds is very important. An enterprise of LED lamps needs to understand the consumers’ acceptance hobby and the impact of the new product purchase-intention factors, and expands the limited resources into maximal effectiveness in giving strategies of marketing and even new-poduct development. In this study, questionnaires with four dimensions are used, which are "save energy and reduce carbon”, “product features”, “price”, and “brand effect". The use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach with pairwise comparison is the key elements to find out the wishes of the consumers in purchasing LED lamps as in the analysis. The results in this research provide enterprises guidance to develop new products in accurate direction, in order to rise the consumers’ acceptance, and give better strategies of LED lighting products development avoiding crisis of failure.
