| Popis: | 97 We were motivated to study the competitive strategies of firms in Taiwan’s PCB industry. We tried to analyze and discover the corporate strategies adapted by a case company in this industry. We started with the industry analysis, followed with a case study. By using Michael Porter’s generic strategy model, and the SWOT analysis, we are to explore the managerial strategies of the case company, to reason out how the case company maintains its corporate competitiveness in this industry. |
