Popis: | 97 According to the statistical information from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the old existing bridges exceeded 25,000 bridges until 2009 in Taiwan. To evaluate the service functions of the old bridge, an evaluation scheme must establish in the approach of the regular inspection. Based on the D.E.R&U evaluation criterion, the maintenance priority of the bridge can be obtained by the weighting functions. Therefore, the weighting of each evaluated frame have to concern with damage member since the priority of maintenance are susceptible to changing weighting of evaluation factor. In the work, an algorithm of the expert system, so called as analytical hierarchy process, adopted to obtain the weighting of the priority of maintenance. Firstly, consulting the interviews with experts, especially the ones who have one decade or more years of bridge inspection experience, and questionnaires to determine the appropriate weight of evaluation factors. Finally, the weighting obtaioned herein is used to determine the priority of twenty existing RC bridges for maintenance in Yunlin Country. A comparision of the condition index (CI) with those that obtained from Taiwan Bridge Management System(TBMS), the present is proved to be valid and rational in particular the foundation of the pier scoured. |
