| Popis: | 97 This study aims at exploring the correlation between vocational certificate system and continuing education rate, and also presents the planning on improving the continuing education rate and recommendations on implementing vocational certificate system by having comprehensive analysis on research results. Based on the above, the purpose of this study was to accomplish the following four items: 1.Find out the purpose of academic and practical education. 2.Illustrate the correlation between vocational certificate, enforcement rules of act of the system, supporting measures, characteristics and developmental trend. 3.Analyze the correlation between vocational certificate system and continuing education rate. 4.In accordance with research results, present recommendations on the current system of technician certificate and vocational qualification to provide the reference for relevant researchers. On the basis of comprehensive analysis on research results, several recommendations in this study were in the following: 1.Vocational qualification should be a significant part of vocational education/training/employment system. 2.It can meet the needs of free market by competency-based education/training/testing. 3.The partnership of combining industry/education/management vocational education and training websites plays the role of effectively integrating and exercising manpower to help the improvement on national competitive advantage. 4.The current certificate system focuses on vocational education training; however, qualifications will be a major motive in learning society. 5.Effects of Vocational certificate system on continuing education rate. |
