The Studies on District Cultural Heritage Preservation Education: Using the Project of Protecting the District Cultural Heritage at Long-Gang Community in Taoyuan City as an example

Popis: | 97 In 2005, the Council for Cultural Affairs proposed “Project of Protecting the District Cultural Heritage”. Not only did they expect that by means of community participating learning, the residents could fully realize the close connection between the cultural heritage and community environment, they also hope that the cultural wisdom, which arose from humans’ interaction with the land, could be instilled into the residents’ lives through the prevalence of the cultural education. The network mainly depends on the autonomy of residents in their communities; it was well based on an educational system, which should be planned thoroughly and objectively. From the perspective of education and learning, the studies mainly explored the cultural heritage preservation. The content of the studies is narrated as following: chapter 1: Preface; chapter 2: Discussions of relevant articles; chapter 3: Research, design and carry out; chapter 4: Case study and analysis; chapter 5: Conclusions and suggestions. The purpose for my studies: 1. How not only to promote the local government push forward but also to promote the mobilized tactics of project and the benefits of educational cultivation. 2. How to urge the concerned authorities to carry out the relevant jobs. 3. How to promote the personnel responsible for protecting the cultural heritage to be equipped with special recognition, the technical expertise and accomplishment. 4. How to urge the residents to participate in the activities, and condense the common understanding into the implement of protection to enrich the community life. The studies adopted some research methods, including in-depth interviews, the participants’ observations, the document analysis, the research questionnaire, and massive relevant references. The studies are oriented toward the direction of the policy of central government, the performance of local government, the involved local groups, and the cognitive lever of residents. By means of the establishing an effective network, the orient toward community autonomy and the management of websites can be developed constantly. The conclusion is: 1. Promote the local government to push forward and mobilize organized, positive enforcement ability. 2. Promote the local government to push the community forward to preserve cultural heritage. 3. Urge the local groups to carry out cultural heritage-related jobs. 4. Promote the protectors of cultural heritage to be equipped with recognition expertise and lifelong learning. 5. Cultivate residents with common sense for cultural heritage preservation and urge them to participate in related activities, forming lasting development. |
