Probe into the conception of Pet Symbiotic Application in Environment of Residential in Taiwan

This research proposes to analyze the difference between environmental psychology and behavior to the mankind of pet Symbiotic, understand the success tactics that are planned and designed of the pet symbiotic residential through case study, and then distinguish the conception of pet symbiotic application and implementing in the main restricted factors that the environment of the residential in Taiwan, with further to probe into the acceptance and approval of degree of the residents, and the grind countermeasures. This research will first gather the theoretical of foundation materials in the reorganization through a relational document review and summarize, analyze and case study. Through seek out and synthesize, obtain pet symbiotic of residential that'' planning and designing the strategy'' have fifteen items;'' planning and designing the tactics'' have fifty-seven items. And then via questionnaire investigation and depth interview, obtain the influences of the main restricted factors that the first is'' the environmental of sanitation''(40.50%), the Secondly is'' the noise''(32.23%); the thirdly is'' the smell''(11.57%). Among them, the influences of the main restricted factors of introduce into pet Symbiotic Residential is'' the fabrication cost expensive''(15.87%); the secondly is'' don''t like pets by itself'' (14.81%); the thirdly is'' the height very much of administrative expenses'' (2.65%). In addition, in the variable on psychological aspect of environment, have significantly difference among an attribute in different backgrounds, the difference and approval degree is up to 80.00%. And analysis in approval degree that the conception of pet symbiotic application and implementing in the environment of the Residential in Taiwan, Show that the acceptance and approval degree of whole residents are up to 61.52%. Through the result of this study, with influence of the restricted factors to propose the strategies as follows: The dimension of restricted factors of the Residents raises pet: 1 .Do well and raise mainly due obligation and duty; 2 .The performance of the interior decoration material designs and uses of soundproof and sound insulation; 3 .Exclusive facilities design for the pet; 4 .To suffice the pet of psychological need; 5 .Training for the breeding and courtesy of the pet; 6 .Attentive to physical and mental health of the pet. The dimension of the influences that restricted factors of introduce into pet symbiotic residential: 1 .Research and develop the relevant exclusive facilities and decoration equipment for the pet; 2 .Strengthen concept and ideas that the educational of environmental symbiotic; 3 .Popularize the consciousness and cognition of pet symbiotic of residential actively; 4 .Strengthen and guidance the pet of exclusive Facilities application method. The dimension of the substantive problem with pet Symbiotic: 1 .Offer perfect software equipment and hardware equipment for the pet; 2 .Planning of the support service facility of the pet; 3 .Increase the exchange and interdynamic among residents. The dimension of resident application and popularize that conception of pet symbiotic: 1 .Carry on planning and design to the consumer demand for different backgrounds attribute; 2 .The planning and design of the environment of residential to diversify. Synthesize the above. After this research, conduct relevant alternate analysis, sum up ten items to suggest and propose with follow-up study. The research result to offer except on the building trader and relevant units, department while popularizing and implementing that pet symbiotic of residential application in future, reference basis on the building environmental planning and design, improve the quality and quantity of the whole living environment to dwell in further, with further towards environmental symbiotic of environmental development goal continuously in Taiwan.
