| Popis: | 97 In order to fit customer’s need and gain consumers’ favor, product development personnel should follow decision maker’s instruction and integrate suggestions from every related department to carry out rapid ideation. In addition, they should ensure the concept is fit to market need and is with competitive strength. Therefore, this study aims at constructing a platform which can make development process mode and theory become a user interface. It can solve the problem of over complicated product development process that causes low efficiency in the past, help product design development personnel actually operate systematic theory, and reach the goal of rapid product development. This study applies digital compact camera as case study to construct a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) assistive concept ideation system platform. A staff from a product design development team of a corporation need only key in the different level of values which represent different relations between product needs and research & development quality. This platform analyzes and calculates data. The outcome integrates different related research and development staffs’ features. It indicates the importance and priority order to provide information for every development department staff as reference. It helps to integrate suggestions and needs for product development personnel from different background. It can also be the reference for design staffs to propose concepts and to form a common design concept ideation direction for having a fluent product development process. This study accomplished the following points: 1.Applying literature review, questionnaire, and interview to induces present market needs, development difficulties, and technical limitation of digital compact camera industry. 2.Utilizing QFD method into the initial stage of product design plan to help development personnel integrate consumers’ need and having a systematic design ideation thinking direction for flow-up development process. 3.Using PHP to construct a QFD assistive design concept ideation platform and applying digital compact camera as case study to provide a sample for other industries to design a certain platform with similar function. |
