| Popis: | 97 Competence& Competency research began in the early 1970’s in U.S.A. It’s a term that differentiates excellent performers from average performers. This research employs Behavior Event Interview method to explore the job competency of excellent supervisors in Cathay Life Insurance Company. According to the results and findings, thirteen competencies are identified which are Cultivate people, Team-management, Time management, Influence,market-developing, Learning ability, Problem-resolving, Control felling, Standardization management, resources integration,and so on. The results and findings are helpful to human resource management including selection,training, career developing,performance appraisal and promotion. |
