Through the organization reform with Armed Forces Streamlining Program and Armed Forces Refining Program, the maintenance and supply units of Air Force Tactical Fighter wings were realigned. Under the limit of manpower, finance and material, are there deviations for the execution in logistics support among the different Tactical Fighter wings? Can the theory of Execution written by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan be applied to military maintenance activity? All of these need to be explored further. This study uses the framework of Execution by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan, through the three core processes, People Process, Strategy Process and Operations Process to understand the current military aircraft maintenance capability, and try to figure out how different people’s cognition attribute impacts to maintenance capability. And are the relevant theories about the three core processes and execution suitable for military aircraft maintenance? According to the result, the study shows that Self-cognition is the highest for the execution in operational and management logistics personnel, but Strategy cognition is the lowest. It means that logistics personnel normally have high self cognition and ambition to complete the missions; however, operational level people do not have clear understanding about strategy and policy, which influences the missions’ completion. With Pearson correlation analysis, there is positive correlation between People Process, Strategy Process and Operations Process in military aircraft maintenace, which is compliance with the theory of Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan Keywords: Execution, People Process, Strategy Process
