| Popis: | 97 The value influence Individual choices and actions in everywhere. Especially, the social worker nestles close to the target clients’ lfe, and accompanies by their side. It’s a kind of moral practice process when the social worker is engaged in the practice of social work. No mater it’s conscious or unconscious, the value ideas and judgments will influence individual social workers’ behaviors of helping others. Also, social worker's values will influence the social worker’s evaluation of self-identification and self-meaning. Therefore, the research studies the life narrative of practice social workers for understanding the process that the social workers invest in the practice social work, and to discuss the value and the faith behind them. The research is also to detect and to discuss how the social workers practice their values, and what actions will social workers take in order to practice their values. To present that the social workers need to pay for practicing their values, and they need to face the predicament and the challenge in the practice field. Furthermore, after discussing and analyzing the life narrative of practice social workers, the researcher also introspects herself about how she regards and understands her value of social work. |
